Janie and Ed told me they were hoping for rain on their wedding day...and they sure got it! There were flash flood warnings and we had to cut the portraits short, but we did have some fun playing in the rain...when it let up a little! They make a great couple and had a very sweet beginning! They met through a Holy Ghost Catholic Church rosary night...so it's fitting that's where they decided to get married! It was a gorgeous ceremony, the singers had me in tears!
Now I have to give some props to the bride. Janie is an amazing woman! Not only did she make her own wedding dress (super impressive and she looked beautiful), she made the bridesmaid dresses and all the food for the reception! I'm not sure if she made the cupcakes but they were the best cupcakes ever (if you did make them Janie please send the recipe, lol)!
